Flickerbox was tasked with the concepting, creative development, content architecture, user interface design, illustration, graphic design, script editing, product capture and edit, Voice Over record, photo shoot, and programming of an Online Flash Demo for the Zimbra™ Collaboration Suite.

We designed a unique player with an interactive pull-up menu to accomplish these objectives:

  • Educate users about the business issues associated with securely managing and sharing content
  • To increase awareness of Zimbra's multi-platform integrative customization - sync programs such as blackberry, outlook, Eudora and the like
  • To illustrate the interactive features of hyperlinked email content, allowing users to retrieve information from third party information systems and conduct transactions

Flickerbox was tasked with providing a Macromedia Flash tour whereby Microsoft SharePoint prospects and users would become familiar with the new features of WSS and how these can be of use in their business. Windows SharePoint Services is an integrated portfolio of collaboration and communication services designed to connect people, information, processes, and systems both within and beyond the organizational firewall.

We produced an online player featuring:

  • An intuitive and modular UI/Player allowing users to easily navigate content pages and help menus, in a step-by-step fashion
  • A slick User Interface/Player reflecting the Look-and-feel of the Microsoft corporate brand and products
  • An easily accessible, emailed or linked-to from another location on the Internet application
  • An overview of the product features and benefits without the presence of or interaction with a Microsoft salesperson

Clearwell Systems wanted a Demo to introduce prospects who visited their website to the end-to-end capabilities of the Clearwell Systems Intelligence Platform in a clear, engaging and easy-to-understand way.

Flickerbox created a task-based storytelling tour of the product that walked users through several of the Clearwell Intelligence Platform’s key features, connecting common e-discovery painpoints with Clearwell solutions. The majority of the Demo’s visual content is comprised of Clearwell product screenshots, but Flickerbox also concepted and produced short animations to introduce each content module.

Flickerbox was tasked with the creation of a Macromedia Flash player for the McAfee Security suite of products. The Demo's User Interface was to reflect the Look-and-Feel of the McAfee corporate brand and personality and be designed as an intuitive and modular UI/Player.

We produced a demo that served to:

  • Visually portray McAfee's brand personality as innovation + experience + capability + commitment
  • Encourage users to sign up for PC Security for the first time
  • Encourage users to upgrade from a competitor to McAfee
  • Accommodate varying amounts and types of content, allowing for easy updates to both Content and Player functionality

Flickerbox was tasked with the concepting, creative development, scriptwriting, user interface design, graphic design, animation, talent search and coordination, and programming of a new online Yahoo! Mail Tour. The primary goal of the tour was to increase activation, usage and retention of Yahoo! Mail by new and existing users. A secondary goal of the tour was to increase adoption of Yahoo! Mail by prospective users.

Using Macromedia Flash viewable to users as a cross-platform file played in a web browser, we produced a detailed repository for questions and solutions regarding Yahoo! Mail, focused on providing the viewer with a comprehensive overview of the product's benefits and features, in order to:

  • Reduce attrition/abandonment rates by increasing awareness of the product's benefits and features
  • Give the viewer some control over the viewing experience thereby enabling the viewer to become an active participant
